Time to start a new Luddite movement

Is it time to start a new luddite movement and wage war on tyrannical technology imposed on us without our consent? The government is planning to charge us per mile to travel through certain cities...and this is just the start.Average speed cameras are being installed everywhere in order to charge us costing £1million per mile to install and paid by our taxes without our consent.
